Live Nation was a major promotion in my career. After nearly 3 years at House of Blues, who is housed within Live Nation, I was called up to the big leagues. Through my marketing planning, budgeting, and execution, I sold out shows in everything from small theaters to stadiums and took the BU to its most successful year. I loved and excelled at the challenge but ultimately left after burning out trying to balance the job and our new infant.

I was recruited by House of Blues after making a name for myself with a small venue in
San Diego. The gig originally was as a Show Marketing Manager... handling 50+ shows a month between 3 stages. I quickly recognized that to make the most impact in San Diego, the marketing of the restaurant, company store, brand, and shows should be combined. After bringing this to the attention of corporate, I became the Senior Marketing & Promotions Manager and stayed there, taking the San Diego location to its first time in the black, until moving to Live Nation.
