Projects

From event creation & execution to sold out shows to brand building and tech roll out... I've done it all.  I've taken my passion for marketing, love of a challenge, and need for information to make huge impacts in multiple industries.  Check out some examples of what I can do, and have accomplished below...

StreetBeat

Marketing + Event Manager

While at Anthology, the ownership tasked myself and a small team to take music back to the streets of San Diego.  From the beginning brainstorming sessions to the permitting and sponsorships, I spearheaded the details to make StreetBeat a successful endeavor.  The 21+ event brought over 7,000 people to Little Italy to experience music, food, beer, and more.  We partnered with KPRI to bring StreetBeat back in 2012.  Both events were super successful endeavors.

Luna Grill Rebrand

Director of Marketing

After about 8 months at Luna Grill, we started talking about a brand overhaul and rolling out a new flagship location.  We worked interdepartmentally, with outside agencies, and with our team and approximately a year later Luna Grill's time with "Eat Real, Fuel Good" began.  The rebrand included everything from the cups in the restaurant to a new website and loyalty program.  I spearheaded the project and led my team through this successful campaign.  We rolled out our first ever commercial externally and our newly reimagined Team Member handbook and uniform standards.  This rebrand impacted the entirety of the company.

Luna Grill App + Loyalty Program

Director of Marketing

Around the time of the Luna Grill rebrand, we decided to overhaul our loyalty program and create an app.  We sat in many many presentations and meetings before landing on Punchh.  I worked hand in hand with our internal IT department and Punchh to make sure our loyalty program made sense for the restaurant and the guest.  I supported the Training and Operations department on getting the tools needed to the restaurants to educate the team and roll out the new programs.  I also led our internal designers to create the look for the design and with Punchh to ensure ease of use.

Once the loyalty program and app were launched, I supported my team through the guest service transition and ultimately created a new, full-time position to handle guest issues and reviews.

The Coaches Cup

Marketing + Event Director

I was attached to North County Gymnastics since 2006.  Whether coaching or directing their marketing and PR, I had many huge life moments with the company.  So when we all sat around and came up with the idea of doing a major fundraiser for the local children's hospital by getting coaches to compete, athletes to coach, and everyone to raise money... I knew I needed to be on board.  With my experience in events and marketing, I helped bring the event to fruition from logistics, to local pr, design, and sponsorships.  The first Coaches Cup raised over $25,000 for the hospital in 4 weeks.  The event itself was sold out and a great time.  I helped repeat event with more gym participants, and even more of an impact on our community children's hospital.
